So I decided to do mostly fruits today... I crave it like candy lol ... I made another cleansing fruity juice... Watermelon, peach and banana to go with my dinner ... I get so full from just drinking the juice lol

That happened to me yesterday, too. I ate too much fruit for my diet, really. Have you seen the Kind pressed bars? They are just pressed fruit and seeds. I recommend them for a healthy treat!

Yes I've seen them .... My favorite bars are the thin bars ... I love them because they have no added sugar... I have those days where I crave a lot of fruit lol... I'm not gonna feel bad about it because at least I'm not eating empty calories
