My unofficial weight this morning is 111.5kg.
Yesterday was such a FAIL! All was going well until my sister decided she wants to go for lunch and we ended up at a pizza place. The temptation was just too much and they didn't even have any coke/sprite zero so I had to have the regular sprite.
When I got home I was still feeling hungry so I grabbed an apple and went out again. That helped! When I got home again I had a bowl of oats, chia seeds, yoghurt and apple and then for supper I had mutton curry with potatoes and rice. Well it supposed to be a mutton bunny but I decided to go for rice rather than the bread(yay! a better choice was made!).
Finished off the day snacking on a new flavor of Dorito's chips. *sigh*
On a good note, my weight didn't exceed my Monday official weight so I'm still at a loss overall. I think the workout I had on Monday combined with my fast day has helped keep me in a loss even though my Tuesday low carb day was a fail.
I'm not unhappy about not sticking to the plan. I knew that the first week is going to be a bit rough. I'll just aim to keep my fast days on track this week.
Today will be my 2nd gym session. I'm so sore from Monday although I took it so easy! I need to do some whey protein shopping to help with recovery. I wanted to go through my 1st week without any supplements but I guess the body needs it.
