Started doing 5K walks and eating more of boiled vegetables. Sunday was a cheat meal day..
Target for this week is seeing myself below 105.. ie., 104.99..

Cheers...
255.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.5 lb a week
