Well, I guess I've hit the plateau everyone always talks about. Which is pissing me off. I can't seem to get under 240. I looked over my food entries and it appears that when I go by net carbs instead of just looking at the carbs I eat, I stop loosing. So, I'm going back to counting carbs, not net carbs. I'm down a lot of inches that's for sure. I'll measure myself this weekend to see what the actual loss is, but I can take my pants down without opening them, so I know it's substantial. LOL Besides that, my young colleague keeps telling me I need to buy new cloths! HHAHAHAHA, have a great day!
