There is no breading. The fish was broiled and has shaved tiny crumbles of carrot. Carrots aren't very keto friendly but this was such a minuscule amount.

Yeah! I was surprised. I actually didn't taste any ginger. I believe it was just broiled with it.

I'm fairly new too and I think that's why I started doing it. Sometimes I forget what my own food was if I ever need to look back on it :D

Are you trying to keep yours carbs under 20 grams? I just started the Keto Diet a week ago and have lost 2.5lbs nut sure a lot is water weight. I am really trying to stay on 20 grams or less daily.

Yes! I try to stay to under or 20 NET carbs. But I can't say im always under

you dont have to go that low, get some keto pee sticks so you can see how much you need to have. Also a tape measure is a better guide than weight, you will keep your muscle and lose the fat. the tape measure will show you great things.
