The day after the night before. Yesterday's binge has me trying to meet my weekly RDI with a "supper only" day. Well, supper tonight after having espresso throughout the day...I'm not a masochist! Wouldn't make this a habit but it made sense to me today.

I don't like the idea "punishing yourself" after a binge. I like to just go right back onto plan, and eat what I would always have the next day. Or even the next meal. Seems to work for me!

i dont exactly call it punishing yourself. i call it more like evening out your calories for the week then not enduring such a heavy hit and hopefully not gain as much.

It's not too bad eating a little lower than usual. Eating nothing at all is brutal though, I can't handle that.
