Tomorrow is the last weigh-in of a 6 week Biggest Loser challenge at work. I may have lost one pound this week but thats it. Seriously considering fasting with only water today and taking an epsom salt bath tonight. Read an article where a guy can lose 10-12 pounds in one day by doing this... just really want to help my team win this challenge. We've moved up from 15th place to 6th place in the last couple weeks only because of my weight loss. The other members of my team are doing steps so they can only gain one point per week... if we are to win its going to be on me... thoughts? Is doing this one time just for a challenge such a bad thing?
