Try some spinach with the eggs, maybe some tomatoes! It will add some flavor and maybe look more desirable.

@ Mmedins128. I overcooked the eggs, they browned a bit more than I wanted, ha ha. @ Jathomas0910 No? I love scrambled eggs and cheese & honey with peanut butter is my #1, much tastier than PB&J on toast... for me at least!

I understand cravings. Filler foods and munching on low calorie and low carb stuff is a sure fire way.. Good job...youll get there!

Honey is a great choice. I started using some local Honey for my PB sandwiches when I couldn't find a jelly or jam that was affordable with good ingredients.
