Gained 1 pound on Sunday. I have lost so far 21 pounds without any challenges. I have done good so far on doing low carb. I love baking desserts but not doing that right now. If I were to make them I would eat them. I took the temptation out of the picture for right now. I am also a Type 2 diabetic.
