How did I loose almost 10 pounds my first week? The trick is to do your first weigh in with all of your clothes on and everything in your pockets that's usually there. Then the next week, go naked to the scale.
I know it's silly, but even though I know it's my clothes, shoes, jacket, wallet, notebook, etc etc that tipped the balance in my favour, it's given me this strange little confidence boost anyway and it makes me want to eat healthier.
Like normally I'd be raiding the fridge for desserts, but now I have sugar free jello pudding in the freezer so I can zip right past the ice cream :D
