My unofficial weight this morning is 105.4kg.

Too much chicken breyani for supper last night! lol! I also tried keeping my fibre intake higher this weekend with some bran flakes, oats, coconut, chia seeds all mixed with some milk and future life(didn't have any protein powder).

I'll be happy staying in the 102's this week Thurs/Fri.

My RDI is 2400 calories. On my non-fast days I aim for 1.2 to 1.8 times my bodyweight for protein and if its a low carb day then I try to keep it to about 50g of carbs. Weekends I don't really track my macros or calories.
