Good intentions are out the window, life has carried me off and I haven't been under my 20 a day carb count in a long time. I am completely disgusted with myself. I get close, but am dreading the scale on Saturday. I don't think it will be good. I've taken to working 12 hours a day to catch up on work I missed while at the seminar, I like an idiot, no one has a work ethic like this anymore. I wish I could just let go and not care - that's why I've got to retire and soon!!
