Ugh I'm eating like crap already today! Well when I get home it's time to turn it around, the day is NOT lost!
I'm super nervous. I just got my new scale in the mail so starting tomorrow I can officially and accurately track my weight again. I'm nervous to see what it says cuz I KNOW I've gained. :/ Oh well it's time to face the facts with my self and get honest!
