I can't believe I lost 3 pounds in 5 days! I'm so happy! Eating less and getting back into my old gym routine has really paid off. One thing I've noticed is I feel like I'm eating worse foods than before I signed up with fatsecret.com; I think it's almost a way for me to prove to myself that I can still eat whatever I want (donuts and all), and still remain at or under 1800 calories per day.

Yay Jess! I have such a hard time keeping track and recording all my food on the Nutrisystem website over the weekend when I'm working. I'm impressed to see you guys following this so closely. And still eating donuts and tacos and pizza! :) Are the bouillon cubes a good snack? Did you get the low sodium or the regular ones?
