Holiday Stress...

It got the better of me last night. Cookies at the house that I just COULD NOT resist the temptation... wasn't even that good. I know better. Then some more stress eating after that. Dipped into my "special chocolate" bag, suppose to be for emergencies and special treats. ZERO self control last night.

Today is our work luncheon. Back on the Keto wagon. I've got a Keto buddy at work, so we'll keep each other strong through the luncheon. I've got 4.7lbs to lose by my birthday. Now 16 days away. Yes, I can. Already had a bottle of water and just about to start my morning tea. This will get me thru until lunch time. I may fast until tomorrow. We'll see.

Dewy get some Adkins snacks, or some Quest bars, each one of these you can get with 3 or 4 net crabs and they do fix your chocolate cravings. Stay strong you own this.

Today, I made mocha instead of coffee for my take along snacks, knowing I'd be faced with holiday parties. It did come in handy. It's bullet proof coffee with unsweetened cocoa and stevia. I make it with a cardamom/cinnamon tea bag added for a spiced flavor. It's yummy and helps me feel less deprived when others are eating. The party had Chinese take out which included some chicken wings, so I was able to have a snack. Whew! The cake was easy to resist - gooey and gross.
