My unofficial weight this morning was 102kg.

I really enjoyed my long weekend :) I enjoyed good servings of fruit too. I thought I'd weigh alot more than this.

Today's fast day has been successful as usual. I find it really easy to stick to my usual 3 fast day week.

This Thursday night I'm hosting a few clients at an All-You-Can-Eat supper buffet :D I'm not sure if I'll have a Friday Fast Day this week. I know its the holidays and I can enjoy it but then I get that inner voice saying why don't you just fast and enjoy the next day.

Ok let me just get through to Thursday morning then decide :) HAve an awesome week everyone :)
