My double fast day is going really well :)
No hunger whatsoever and its now almost 47 hours without food. So by tomorrow morning at 8pm it will be 60 hours without food and if I break my fast at midday then it would be 64 hours without food.
Can't wait to see what sort of effect this has on my weight for tomorrow morning.
