Today I drank my 8 servings of water as part of my 12-week challenge and worked out for an hour for the second challenge I took on. I also haven't eaten anything past 8 PM. Because I've been over-eating lately, I didn't eat the full RDI. Therefore, since I began recording my intake, I've burned approximately 37 calories more than I've consumed.
