A bad weekend food-wise. I had friends in helping with laying carpets so the journal and diary got overlooked, result- didn't lose any weight!

You didn't lose, but it looks like you didn't gain either :) and hey...you got new carpet!! That is worth it :) You will get back on track no problem!
