Too much coffee, I am going to try drinking some tea this morning. I am doing some emotional eating at night. I guess nerves, stress, I don't know. I sit to eat, at the schoolhouse, and I cannot eat the chicken, he is eating, it also has a lot of coating on it! I tried to fill up with coleslaw, and with yellow cheese. And let me tell you that was very hard to do. I was very, very hungry. I know my nerves have been effected, I feel stuck in the house, which of course I am! I did not feel like going in the small gym, and walking all by myself. The day before I had a great visit with some teachers over at the schoolhouse where George works. And yesterday they had some kind of a Christmas program, so I saw a lot of kiddies go by, and parents! I was glad to get out of the house, so for me that was what I needed most spiritually. I need to work hard on the rest. I did go the atkins site and saved plenty of recipes on my account. I do not know how filling or good they are, but they all looked good! I need to go take my other twin son to the doctor for allergies so I need to get going! I will also try to push myself to go on my sites, and work on me. I feel so limited on what I can eat, that it gets so frustrating. Worse even so is the thought of stomach flu occurrence!!! Got to go for now!!!
