Unfortunately I hit a plateau so I am having my mini steak and apple day. This combination is suppose to fire up your metabolism and reset your weight loss. As I am working with the HCG protocol, I am taking in no more than 750 calories daily. I averaged almost 1-pound of weight loss per day for the 1st 9 days and I have hit a bit of a wall the past 5 days "only down 2-lbs. Due to the HCG with Vitamin B daily injections, I am not hungry although I am a bit fatigued today. The lack of calories has effected my short term memory, for instance I went to the kitchen to do something and when I got there, I totally forgot why! I figured it out but that's an example of what I am going though today. Back on my HCG 750 calorie version in the morning. I am on day 15 of 21, but I have the option to continue another 21 days with the strict LCD program. I will decide by Thursday what I will do.
