OH . . . MY . . . GOD. All of the other ups and downs I've had in the past are nothing. This is my first REAL plateau for the past month. To all the others on this journey who have endured the same, I truly feel you and empathize with you. I know from the support of all of you that this will pass but it is so frustrating for now. I'm still sticking to my goal of 165 by the end of the year but if this lasts much longer I won't make it. I just have to get it to go back down again.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

I have been there many times...LOL. The only things that helped were to tweak my food and switch up my exercise routine.

What diet are you on? Have you tried intermittent fasting? Tweaking is the only thing that gets me moving again.

Mskastrela I am on, what I call, a "Better Choices" diet. Other than trying to stay below 1500 calories per day, there isn't any particular diet. And I'm also exercising more as I loose weight.

I find that keeping carbs low, like under 20 grams a day, especially from processed foods, really helps. Processed foods are high in nutritionless grains and sugar, and are poison to our bodies.
