I'm shifting my weigh-in day for this week to tomorrow because of taking some meds on Monday and I exceeded my calorie target on Tuesday by finishing up some leftovers.
My weight this morning is 0.6kg up but I am sure that it is because of the extra food and meds this week.
I wanted to weigh-in on Saturday morning but I am invited for supper on Friday night and I would be offending my host if I don't eat or if eat very little so the Saturday morning weigh-in would consist of the food weight from the Friday night and be a false weight.
So my goal for today is to stay at around 75% or less of my RDI, Hit the gym and see if weight drops by tomorrow morning.
