Guess I didn't do a good job cleaning out my desk at work. (day 3 lchf)

Opened a drawer in my office and found a bag of candy, jolly ranchers, blow pops, smarties, tootsie rolls, starburst. OMG, my mouth instantly salivated. I took the offending bag to the break room. Sat back down at my desk and wanted to EAT. F*cking Sugar. I ate my "scheduled" snack of 1oz motz... didn't work. So I'm currently eating a small can of tuna. IT'S WORKING. This should get me to my lunch time.

I've been told day 3 can be bad. and day 4. and day 5. Just gotta get to the weekend.

Good job on the snacks. I can smell sugar better than a DOG! I ate tuna and focused on protein every day till the last few weeks. HANG ON THERE. Yes we can
