Back home, the trip went pretty well. Eating out almost entirely, but eating what I should for the most part... except the Coldstone Creamery and the chocolate shake on the drive home (fit in with my calorie limits but not exactly on my approved foods list, lol!)
I weighed this morning and am up a couple pounds - likely a chunk is water weight as something I ate caused me to swell up intensely. I'll weigh on Friday and that will give me a better measure of where I am.
It was easy to keep on track and that's probably a first in my traveling history. I'm actually excited to get my fast back into my routine this week as I didn't even try to fast on the road. Too many meals with friends and family to sit there with a glass of water ;-)
