My weekend was a bit hectic so I ate alot.

My Monday Fast Day went well with just 13 calories and I had a good gym session.

Usually my Tuesdays are a low carb day and I restrict myself to around 2000 calories. I break my fast around midday with a protein shake after going to gym then I eat lunch when I get home around 1pm BUT today I decided to push my fast for longer and break it around 3pm.

Surprisingly, I had an awesome gym session in a fully fasted state and I have no hunger whatsoever. Its almost 1:30pm now and I'm having a cup of coffee.

I'll try to hold out as long as possible then eat. I don't want to make this another fast day although I feel that I really can. I might end up too hungry on my Wednesday Fast Day since I am going to do my weigh-in on Thursday morning.

My unofficial weight this morning was 107.2kg.
