Grits, eggs, toast, fried banana and plenty of coffee.


In case pic is unclear:
45 minutes, 10.15 miles, 372 calories burned, all in the comfort of my room on the exercycle!

I feel a possible issue with my left bicep due to possible over exercise with the dumbbells yesterdsy so will rest it about 3 days.

We are soooo happy that you are at your goal, but why in the world would you post all of that delicious carbage in a place where you may cause others cravings? Why not use fb for that? I'm not trying to be ugly, just saying...

On 4/15/2015 I was a fat 233 pounds so I think I must be doing something right, or at least that is what my doctor said. Take a look at the before and after pics I just added to this post.

Good Lord, I can't do anything right today. My apologies to all whose eyes took in all that "carbage." Next time I will post sprouts or tofu. NOT. Warning to all, this blog is rated XXX for food porn pics which at least one or two around here like to look at. So they will continue to be posted here.
