Well interesting result that I am very pleased with - My lean mass is up 6.46 lbs My body fat is down 7.92 lbs for a grand total scale weight of 1.4 lbs down LOL!

Body recomposition = Awesome results except on the scale I love it!!

The scale is a liar!!!!!!!!!!!
