I maintained from yesterday, which is think is really good because I lost 7.1 lbs in a week, and I don't want to go any faster than that. I know it won't stay off. So, I've been walking a mile every day, and my legs are beginning to feel stronger. Clothes are a little less tight. Today I am experimenting by having a small breakfast and lunch so that I could have pizza with my daughter tonight. We'll see how it goes. I'm having a rough time finding how to communicate back to all of you. I'll figure it out though.
