I live on a hill, if I want to walk anywhere I walk down the hill and then up the next hill. A thought occurred yesterday while I was out on my walk- we can only only record speeds on here, how do I take into account walking uphill in my exercise diary? Has anyone any suggestions about this?

I know there are free walking mobile apps with changes altitude's that track step's and calories burn, then you could do a custom entry that way. Or perhaps try using hiking or stairclimber in the exercise diary, since that burns more calories. I hope this helps.
