Many people here in Fat Secret are still weighing in on which diet is the best one for them to choose...many are looking at a keto (Ketogenic) diet. Either for weight loss or health improvement such as diabetes...My profile page i posted a link to my favorite video on keto...great info to help you understand how all this works. The problem is youtube does not allow me to post the link directly so I will have the title for you to copy and paste into the search box on youtube. Not sure why i can not link straight. I have updated my Bio to reflect this problem...
