March was a good month, down 17 pounds. Been very strict with eating and my exercise. Now I am going to step it up a notch and do a 3 day liquid fasting. I hope I have the strength and endurance. It is supposed to be a nice weekend so I can be out in the sunny weather and not worrying about eating.
