Yep followed my own diet rules to the point and did at least one hour work-out every day and yet I gained more than one pound.
Idk Ill just keep going and see what happen.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
