Took a day off from exercise - got on the scale today and was horrified - great exercise week but bad on food and terrible on making sure I drank my water! Today much better day - wrote down everything on a paper in the kitchen - was getting lazy about coming on to the computer to log food - not a good idea! Spread my points out over the day and followed the plan and did better. Tomorrow morning is the Spooktacular 5K - Happy Halloween everyone!
