Looking for my motivation - anyone seen it? Another day at the same old weight - 2 months now with no change.... Think I'm going to force myself to go out for a run or to the gym so that I can feel better - really just feel like going back to bed....

I know it's hard to keep on going when the scale isn't moving but you can do this!! =) You are officially on a plateau so you want to think about mixing things up. Try a new food, mix up what you have at each meal like eating breakfast for dinner, try a different type of exercise or just add a few minutes to what you normally do, and last though would be to go back to the basics of WW and measure everything to make sure your portions haven't grown. Hope you have a great day and remember... you can do this!!! =)

Thanks for the great suggestions - I should mix it up and go back to the shred - that was awesome exercise!
