Started the 1st of February 2016 with a 3 day fast. Trying out the 5:2 day fast, eating 5 days and then fasting for 2 days to help me loose weight. On the fast days I am allowed 500 calories and this is how I stumbled upon this site...I trust this will help me in reaching my goal.

oh yes i did that and loved it till i lost focus at a party a few times...once i started it got easy and lost 18 lbs....but seems the two fasting days was always in the wrong place...busy life style with much company at our house...like a bus station some times....you know what i mean....it work for me when is did it..

Thanks, I weigh on a Wednesday, making it easy before and after a weekend, and my fast days are Monday and Tuesday....much better than always going on a diet on Monday :)
