I ate a lot of Japanese sushi on Thursday night and found that I put on 0.5 lbs. Fortunately, I lost them all the next day. It is a bit dangerous to go to a buffet where I might let loose and binge on all sorts of food.
218.7 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 75.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
