Feeling fine with this new way of eating, but would like to keep the carbs below 50 grams which seems to be hard to manage. I like to sub. beans in the place of meat which is higher in carbs...oh my what can we do.

I substitute 2 meals each day with high nutrition, high protein shakes. They really go keep me full. Then I only have to eat one meal with meat. I keep my carbs under 20. It even keeps my calories under 1000 which some may freak out about but I have A LOT of weight to loose. I know I'm not malnourished because this has to be better than fast food three times a day. Plus I seriously feel great and have a ton of energy!
