Happy 😃 happy 😃 positive Saturday…

Didn’t ride…

Have been meditating more

Releasing the weight …in my eyes..so many variables…no easy way of it happening…

I ate 2 fried fish yesterday….and have decided the oil they use..and me..aren’t comparable…it all stayed in but my tummy felt bloated….and might have just been to much fish….not really sure…but…need to change that feeling…

☕️ was good..sunrise in the making….another day beginning…for all kinds of possibilities….
