As of today I'm serious about Keto. Planning for a one-month regimen of 20-max net carbs. Bulletproof coffee (or, chai tea) for breakfast!

Remember Keto operates best as high fat, too much protein well derail you. Avocado, butter, fish, heavy cream, cheese, eggs, etc..

Nutritional Ketosis takes between 3-6 weeks to go into effect, if you are meticulously vigilant about your diet. If you eat foods with hidden carbs, then you're breaking ketosis without even knowing it.
Make sure you know about every gram of carb and protein entering your stomach to successfully enter ketosis. If you're all about numbers and keeping records, I suggest finding a keto-calculator online to help you plan your meals.
