Good morning!

Breakfast just now was a Fit Flavors tofu chimichurri bowl, skipped the sweet potatoes this time though because I wasn’t very hungry, and some coffee with Planet Oat oat milk!

I am going vegetarian. 🌱 Yay! :)

I'm okay. Not going vegetarian. LOL. Been there, done that in the past.

Yes…eating out is challenging. It’s like you find out the healthy option only looks vegetarian but isn’t, end up spontaneously ordering delicious vegetarian garbage instead, and have to blame stress eating or boredom eating up front, as in question your relationship with food, rather than the restaurant meal, because you wouldn’t eat that meal daily lol. I might try lying that I’m on a “diet” even though I’m just trying to change gradually, no diet here, to get out of eating out, as a vegetarian. Saying “I’m a vegetarian” doesn’t work because there are usually veggie options anyway 😂.
