Smart Ones meatless cheese and marinara ziti, raspberries, and cherry tomatoes. Sorry about the lack of green veggies, but at least there are veggies.

Almost wanted carrots; the bag opens poorly, will lead to stale carrots until I shop for containers XD

I decided I could handle planning what I will eat for dinner. I am eating at Crazy Bowls and Wraps with a person who helps me with life goals, today before a jazz concert, so I was going to get the small Fajita bowl with tofu. Is it healthy like the bean and veggie bowl? No, but my goal for now, is healthy-ish, not healthy (yet).

That dinner from smart ones isn’t bad in a pinch…!

I know. No chemical aftertaste. No meat. I’m giving up meat, not sure how long, but trying to keep beating my record for weeks + days without meat until I go vegetarian, then vegan, then slowly add very sparing amounts of chicken/fish/Greek yogurt to become 90 percent vegan and 100 percent free from meat and dairy in the forms I’m worried about lol 😂. 90 percent vegan, and 100 percent free from the kind of animal products that most of us eat, lol, is the end goal, but I’d have to go vegetarian, vegan, and then re-introduce them sparingly in the few forms that are good for me…as the best actions for me anyway.

I love raspberries.

I know! Fruit is awesome. It is easy to say “eat more vegetables and less fruit because of the sugar,” but that backfires for me…it doesn’t backfire if you have restrictions on all carbs and not just added sugar, but I don’t. I’ve tried that. Not for me. Fruit is life (for me). Raspberries are good, but lol at limiting apples and bananas because they have more sugar than raspberries. Yes I’ve tried that, and I don’t end up eating healthier at all when I limit certain fruits, quite the opposite 😂. Different strokes for different folks.
