Oh Wow! Man was I hungry today! I had to eat a little more Carbs! I am trying to be kinder to myself this time around, and not get O.C.D Over this diet. so, if I am very hungry, then I am going to eat in small amt, of what I am really hungry for! :) God Bless!

I find that the more carbs I eat, the hungrier I am. Kinder is always better!
