I did a 45 minute leg work out last night so am relieved to weight the same today as I did yesterday. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

Thanks Northern. I read the article. I'm still stumped. I've been doing power walks outside 3-5 mornings a week, which is more than I usually get outside. And I've doubled my vitamin D pills. Also eating salmon etc. I'm going to try and be a bit more patient before I freak out,lol. I know the whole "muscle weighs more than fat" thing and I do think my thighs are a lot tighter , but the scale HAS to start going down at some point. I don't think I'm eating enough. Averaging just under 1000 a day, but not starving myself. I'm just over 5 feet so I don't think I need a lot.

Joanne. Go to iifym com It has a calculator for tdee (total daily energy expenditure). I find it to be the most accurate. It will also give you your BMR. Never go below that in calories unless you're fasting. Have a look. It's a great site.
