So after a few months of this, eating mostly really good, exercising more, and I keep going up and down. Basically I've only gone down 2 pounds. Today sucks...sigh

Hey, 2 pounds is a great start. Now figure out where you are having a hard time to get your food up to always eating really good and work on that. I am just starting back and gained 20 pounds from my low of 155 on here so good luck and things could be worse!

I feel that. Since I've turned 40 I have found it sooooo hard to drop the pounds.
