It's hard to remember what you've eaten if you miss a day! Back to eating sensibly- I've just read that an mushroom omelette is the best way to start your day, but I'd much rather get out of bed and get my breakfast straight away and not start having to cook something before I can eat. Porridge doesn't count because in the microwave while I'm sorting out my coffee.
