I had no weigh in on 10/19/15 due to vacation. Followed calorie counting as best I could because we were in Mexico. Very difficult with this type of food and eating out a lot. Did a lot of walking.
A little disappointed in the amount lost but feel encouraged that I had a loss and not a gain.
204.2 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
