I work in a charity shop for three and a half hours one day a week- how should I record this on my exercises. I stand all morning and am sorting out the bric a brac and walking into the shops to put it onto the shelves. According to my steps on my phone I walk for almost two miles. How do i record this- any suggestions please?

I don’t track exercise but it sounds like the calorie burn would be similar to house cleaning. Not fast walking or increased heart rate. Just movement with bending and reaching. Not lifting anything heavy but small objects.
