Weighed myself today- no weight loss but lost 1.5"from my waist, happy with this. Walked yesterday and the day before, but it's icy out there today so possibly no walking.

I measure myself- hips, waist, above my waist and bust. In a week I haven't lost weight, but I have lost inches in the places that count. 1" off my waist, 1" off my hips. I decided to measure under my bust where the fat starts- I've lost 1" from there.
