guys

my siblings came up this weekend and we went out everynight!! I didn't eat shitty food just OVERATE like crazy! AND NOW I PUT ON A KILOGRAM. Just two days of eating did this. I was feeling very sad about this today but I realised I would've had a boring time with my siblings had I not joined in on the festivities and so now I just need to do a 48 hour fast with just hoodia tea and coffee and do some weights in the evenings. I would usually just throw in the towel by now and want to give up and binge even more. BUT I have to just get on with it. Mindful. I'm trying to be mindful about not being a crazy food obsessed person and just live. ( Although it doesn't help having two model siblings hahahah). I'm trying not to think of this as back sliding but more as a carb-cycling hahahaha. I hope everyone had a successful weekend and has a successful week ahead.

Did you eat a lot of salty foods? If you ate out the sodium level goes through the roof - THAT will do it. It's not "fat", it's water weight.

You could probably chug water but don't go crazy dieting. (I never believed my husband when he'd tell me "water weight" but I notice if I eat out (and keep track of my sodium too) that the scale would read higher the next day!) Once I had 5,000 grams of sodium in one day due to eating at a casino buffet! I think I jumped 1.5 pounds in ONE day, but then dropped it the next day. Since a KG is roughly TWO pounds and you ate out a lot 2 days, that makes sense. Have fun at the gym - I know you said you go early :)
